Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Manage patient records and update information in the system
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer support
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, transcribing, and proofreading documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
