Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and resolving customer issues promptly
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing clientele
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management with a strong background in customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations including reservations systems, revenue management, and human resources
- Familiarity with phone systems, night audit procedures, and bilingual skills are advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
