They are relentless in providing first-class customer service and sales experiences that bridge the gap between brands and their consumers, and the right person for the Verizon Account Associate role is just as dedicated and tenacious.
The Verizon Account Associate is responsible for meeting directly with residential customers on a daily basis and conducting customer service and sales presentations. The Verizon Account Associate will create five-star customer service and sales experiences by building meaningful connections with customers, establishing trust, and recommending products or services that suit their needs.
Verizon Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers and confidently conduct thorough, informative, and one-on-one customer service and sales presentations
- Establish trust and rapport with customers as a way to create superior sales experiences, drive brand loyalty, and increase new customer retention
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand what the customer needs, and deliver sales solutions that satisfy those wants and needs
- Attend regular product training sessions to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the products, services, and promotions available to defined territories
- Collaborate with fellow Account Associates and Sales team members to improve the customer and sales experience and maintain a competitive edge against other brands
