Human Resources
1 To facilitate a working atmosphere based on respect, collaboration and continuous learning.
2 Implication in the training of Waiters and Helpers.
Economic Management.
1 Knowledge of the mechanics of orders and reception of them, as well as management of Beberages costs and inventories. Production and Service
1 Person in charge in correct supervision and contol of openings, closings and mise en place.
2 Person in charge of the service of coffee, tea and and satisfaction of the clients in breakfast.
3 Person in charge to take the orders of wine.
4 Person in charge in Thematic and Snack supports.
5 Person in charge to positioning of clamps and indicators and of thematic decoration.
6 Person in charge for the till and close the Grab & Go after the shift.
Customer satisfaction
1 Positive, helpful attitude towards customers and as regards “small details”
2 Attending to customers’ wishes and suggestions
3 Impeccable uniform and clean, well-groomed physical appearance.
4 Implication in the work plans set in motion.
Health and Safety
1 Awareness and fulfilment of the Safety, Health and Hygiene regulations and the Departmental Regulations Manual.
2 Valid Food Handler License.
