This is a full-time on-site Office Manager role located in New York, NY. As an Office Manager at CLARK, you will be responsible for and providing high-level administrative support to the executive team. This includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing alteration agreement reports, and providing general executive support.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Insurance Reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide high-level Executive Support
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Salary range $65,000 - $75,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
