Responsibilities:
-
Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Front-of-House Director
-
Works with the FOH Director to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels for the FOH
-
Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
-
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
-
Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the FOH
-
Responsible for inventory & facilities management
-
Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
-
Proactively seeks for ways to improve our customer service and speed in the FOH
-
Serves as a FOH trainer to new employees

Carries out all other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
