If you’re a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, join our team as a customer service representative trainee. Supporting and building trust with our policy customers, you’ll service their unique needs while also offering additional products. We’ve got you covered on the training—which will provide you with a solid base of insurance knowledge, so you’ll feel confident serving our customers. You’ll also benefit from a collaborative environment, along with ongoing coaching and development.
The duration of the trainee role is typically 15 to 20 weeks. Once you successfully complete the training, you’ll transition to a Customer Service Representative.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- In lieu of a degree, High School diploma/GED equivalent AND a minimum of 2 years combined relevant work experience and/or post-secondary education.
- Examples of relevant work experience: Customer service, sales, insurance, finance, claims, etc.
Compensation
- $19.35 - $20.35/hour
- Gainshare bonus up to 8% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
- An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours.
Training Starts: Tuesday, September 3, 2024
Schedule: During your first 3 weeks of training your schedule will be Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm EST. After training your schedule will be Monday - Friday from 12:00pm - 9:00pm EST.
