Shift: Full time 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Monday -Friday)

Day to Day:
-
Setup and maintains technology systems, such as computers, servers, mobile devices, IP phones, networks, routers, firewalls, printers, associated services, and software.

Perform administration tasks such as user management, group management, permissions management.

Respond to helpdesk cases, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and ultimately solutions.

Provide user education and training as needed.

Create, document, and manage daily processes and instructions.
Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of computer networks.
-
Advanced computer troubleshooting skills.
-
Advanced knowledge of InfoTech Security practices and skills.
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software.
-
Manage time and projects effectively.
-
An Associates Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) preferred.
