Responsible for daily operations of all areas of the kitchen including production/prep, receiving and purchasing.
Maintain profitability in food cost and labor cost.
Maintain Guests Satisfaction in regards to the culinary experience
Ensure all menu items are accurately costed.
Responsible for training all line cooks, prep cooks, etc...
Perform daily line checks to ensure quality and proper pars are maintained
Responsible for Health Code compliance at all times.
Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, product dating, product rotation, invoice processing, and inventory.
Must be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Must be able to prioritize and organize work assignments and delegate work.
Must be able to anticipate levels of volume and adjust staffing accordingly
