SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail store personnel and customers to generate leads for the HVAC Sales and Installation team. The position is responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted lead generation goals and conversion rates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop relationships with store personnel to ensure a successful partnership leading to meeting retail store and Anthony PHCE installation revenue goals.
- Greet and engage customers to generate interest in Anthony PHCE home comfort solutions.
- Educate store personnel and customers on Anthony PHCE home comfort solutions and ASAP membership benefits.
- Generate leads and book appointments in ServiceTitan and retail store software platforms.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Sales Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, Lead Team, and Comfort Advisors.
- Ensure the in-store display is maintained in good condition and partner with store personnel to optimize display visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma. Possess at least two years of Sales experience.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups and/or co-workers of the organization.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should know how to access and use the internet and have a good working knowledge of Data Entry (inventory) software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software. Microsoft Outlook knowledge and experience is helpful.
