Opportunity:
Working for one of the fastest growing companies in the history of the American Roofing Industry, you will primarily be selling their service program to a variety of end-users. You will also have the opportunity to sell reroofs.
This is solutions-based selling based on value (not price) and you will collaborate with a wider team of sales, estimating, operations and technicians to turn opportunities into deals.
You will be given in-depth training on sales, service, industry, and be ready to start finding and closing opportunities in your first quarter on the job.
You:
- You will need experience in B2B sales , preferably within a service industry.
- Roofing experience would be great, but you may have experience in a transferrable field, eg. HVAC, dumpsters etc
- Not afraid of heights... you will have to do roof inspections.
- You are a 'business hunter'... not content with working the bare minimum (your friends may even call you a hustler!)
- You must be a good planner and a self-starter - this is critical for the job.
- You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to maintain relationships for years to come.
- You have a good mechanical aptitude.
- You are a team player – you will help your team and they will help you.
- Above all… you are ambitious, with a work ethic that can take you to the top!
