Job Summary
As the Manager of Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in building and supporting the sales operations discipline. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development and involves significant interaction with key stakeholders including solution architects, field applications engineers, sales directors, and product management teams.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development and support of the sales operations infrastructure.

Align with, and coordinate transactional sales efforts between business units with ISR and Product Management teams.

Collaborate closely with solution architects, field applications engineers, sales directors, and product management to enhance sales strategies and operations.

Research, develop, deploy, and maintain an effective CRM system tailored to company needs

Research and establish partnerships with engineering design houses.

Provide strategic advice on potential acquisitions and support the integration process.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales process that fits the company's complex organizational structure.

Handle both performing and managing audits, documenting processes, and reporting on sales performance to upper management.

Ensure effective project management practices.
Required Experience:

Proven experience in sales operations within the electronics components distribution or a similar industry.

Significant expertise in project management.

Demonstrated ability to research, develop, and manage CRM systems.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various departments and external partners.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time within the United States, Japan, and Canada.
Compensation:
