We are looking for a Talent Recruitment and Benefit Management Specialist that will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the right employee.
Some responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various resources, updating job ads, conducting background checks, employee file management, and benefit program(s) management. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we would love to meet you!
General Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attract candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and applications
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Advertise openings
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Assist in job offers
- Participate in job fairs
- Assist in onboarding new talent
- Assist in employee file management
- Benefit management
- Assist in administrative duties relating to all company benefit programs
- Occasional travel
