Summary/Objective
Responsible for the overall technology strategy, vision, and leadership of the company.
Essential Functions
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the goal and objectives.
- Manage the company’s technology budget and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
- Provide technical leadership to the IT team and ensure that our technology is operating effectively.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has direct reports.
Work Environment
A well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office, production setting, outdoor/indoor shop environment or enclosed vehicle with adequate ventilation and protection from extreme weather.
Physical Demands
Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to work with the fingers.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of the week are primarily Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m. (8-10 hours daily). This position may require overtime
Travel
Occasional overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air.
Required Education or Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; or 10+ years' experience in a technology leadership role
Preferred Education and Experience
Master's in business administration preferred; and experience in logistics, automotive, and financial systems
Certifications
Cloud technology certifications with one of the following: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud, or IBM Cloud
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain a TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Card).
