Key Responsibilities:

Oversee projects from start to finish, including Re-estimating, detailing, procurement, scheduling, installation, and administration.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including local contractors and end-users.

Curate a comprehensive library of product knowledge from various vendors.

Collaborate closely with installation teams to streamline project execution.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation for approval.

Analyze project proposals to determine timelines, resource allocation, and staffing needs.

Develop detailed work plans and coordinate staffing for each project phase.

Manage, plan, and coordinate activities to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.

Optimal candidates will possess the following Qualifications for this Position:

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the glazing industry, with a focus on managing, planning, and coordinating project resources to achieve goals within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.

Proficiency in understanding the dynamics of the glass industry and various glazing products, Storefront, Curtain Wall, Unitized Glazing, Door Hardware, and Interior Glazing.

Demonstrated success in completing both interior and exterior glazing projects.

Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships.

Strong abilities in multitasking and organizational management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
