NTX Home Buyers strategic partnerships bought over 220 properties in 2023 with the intention to dispose of these through various strategies available in our network. Moving forward we are already well on our way to surpass those numbers by 50% in 2024 with no signs of slowing down. Due to this increase in volume, we are increasing our staff and need the right candidates to fill those positions.

Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
Making calls contacting homebuyers who have shown interest by reaching out asking for help in selling their property. Setting, scheduling, and following through with appointments to meet with those homeowners to assess their situation and gather information about the property to ensure a smooth transaction. Face to face negotiations with homeowners while completing paperwork needed and making notes. Specialists need to keep solid communications with the homeowner until the transaction is finalized.
What to expect:
- ● Contacting and building a rapport with homeowners.
- ● Meeting face to face with homeowners to build on the relationship that was started over the phone.
- ● Walking the property with the homeowner and taking detail oriented pictures.
- ● Cold prospecting includes cold-calling, door knocking, researching people that have minimum means ofcommunication, and other various methods.
- ● Daily involvement with our team in the Arlington office.Our Expectations:
- ● Getting one (1) property under contract each week based on our current marketing plan.
- ● Closing one to two (1-2) deals a month from your own diligent marketing and prospecting.
- ● Utilize company resources and processes diligently to create opportunities for homeowners.Must have:
- ● The ability to work in a high pressure environment that can include highly sensitive situations.
- ● Reliable transportation to visit homeowners throughout the metroplex and surrounding areas.
- ● The ability to take detailed photos and notes while walking the property.
- ● The ability to manage time and work in a fast paced environment.
- ● Personal laptop to work from the office or at the property.Additional Information:Real estate experience is not required. Applicants will train and learn through day to day processes at the office working with others. We need trustworthy, honest, and transparent individuals that are able to thrive in an environment where daily performance is required for returns and can make the work fun while working hard.Pay Structure:This position will be a 1099 Contracted position that will be paid on a per deal basis once training is complete. There will be weekly pay for the first 60 days of training that will be paid at 3k a month as a draw.
- Specialists will receive 5% of profit from sales resulting from leads provided and 15% of profit from deals sourced independently.
Salary Examples:
From a Provided Lead:
40k profit expected from sale, 1k flat will be paid when property deal is purchased. Then 5% of profit, (less the 1k that was paid when purchase was made), will be paid once property is sold on the back-end. So in this example another 1k will be paid out to specialists.
From a Specialist Sourced Lead:
40k profit expected from sale, 1k flat will be paid when the deal is purchased. Then 15% of the profit, (less the 1k that was paid when purchase was made), will be paid once property is sold on the back-end. So in this example another 5k will be paid out to specialists.
