Position Overview:
Communiboost is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about Communiboost’s products and services, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on using our software solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with Communiboost’s services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
