Job Description
This role includes both bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities, performed while stationed at our reception desk in the front office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks: Scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and organizing catering
- Customer service: Addressing visitor questions and needs, resolving customer complaints, and processing bills
- Organization: Filing and organizing documents, keeping track of multiple tasks and deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
- Event planning: Planning and coordinating company events
- Budgeting and bookkeeping: Assisting with budgeting and bookkeeping activities, such as tracking invoices
- Office supplies: Maintaining office supply stocks and requesting new supplies when needed
- Record transactions: Enter transactions for customer and internal accounts, such as sales, expenses, and payments
- Process accounts: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile accounts: Reconcile company accounts
- Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or office
- Answering phones: Answering and making calls on behalf of employees, screening calls, and monitoring voice messages
- Handling correspondence: Sending and responding to emails, receiving and delivering mail, and organizing files
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
