**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control processes and ensuring accurate stock levels within our organization.
**Duties:**
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct regular audits to monitor inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to optimize inventory management processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure timely availability of materials
- Execute purchasing activities to replenish stock as needed
- Conduct financial analysis related to inventory management
**Experience:**
- Experience working in a distribution center or e-commerce environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret trends
- Knowledge of SQL or similar database query language is a plus
- Familiarity with production planning and procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is beneficial
