We're looking to grow our Technology Team at NLS!
Are you a seasoned manager with a strong technical background, and a passion for leading people to success? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our technology team as a Senior Team Supervisor. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing a talented team, ensuring that our projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day work of the team, ensuring workloads are balanced and manageable.
- Address and resolve basic complaints, concerns, and conflicts; escalate to HR as needed.
- Ensure team members consistently meet project, department, and objective expectations.
- Ensure adherence to Project Playbook guidelines, deadlines, procedures, and quality standards.
- Document performance and handle Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) in conjunction with HR.
- Explain and implement company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Review and oversee attendance, PTO requests and balance, and other records.
- Maintain performance data and collaborate with department and project team members to complete performance appraisals.
What You'll Bring:

2-3 years of management experience is required, with proficiency in managing a team of 15-20 people.
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant technical skills and ability to use relevant tools, technologies, and equipment.
- Strong analytical skills to address resource challenges and ensure alignment with software implementation standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of modern software implementation processes, standards, and methodologies (SDLC, Agile, etc.); P&C industry background is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, stress management, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to listen, provide empathy, and identify/resolve issues.
- Basic understanding of business and management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Information, Technology Management, or a related field preferred.
