**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various departments within the organization.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM
**Duties:**
· Answers the telephone promptly and courteously.
· Responsible for accurate documentation of intake information.
· Responsible for appropriate staffing of Aides and Direct Support Professionals.
· Responsible to notify Supervisor when patient is hospitalized.
· Responsible to notify Supervisor when applicable, any change in a patient or employee status.
· Responsible to be an advocate for patient and patient representatives.
· Responsible to maintain occurrence documentation in the office. Accountable for communication and documentation to Supervisor.
· Responsible for “on-call” when indicated on the on-call schedule.
· Responsible for the initial interview of Aides and Direct Support Professionals.
· Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
· Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
· Assists with new-employee background checks.
· Assists with processing of terminations.
· Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
· Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS until completion.
· Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by hiring manager.
· Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
· Files documents into appropriate employee files.
· Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
· Prepares new-employee files.
· Processes mail.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Experience:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of related experience preferred
**Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
