Major Function:
To greet, escort, and assist Guests in any way. Assist with luggage and packages. The bell staff are the Hotel’s first contact with the Guest and make a distinctive first impression. The bell staff inform Guests of the Hotel’s services and amenities.
Skills and Requirements:
Must have previous experience in luxury segment of Hospitality Industry
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks involving deliveries and coordinate luggage handling
Ability to remember Guests’ names and faces
Must possess strong desire to serve others
Must possess physical stamina to handle lifting, walking and standing
