Position Title: Senior Proposal Writer
Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Writer who will be responsible for managing proposals, writing, and editing technical documents, responding to RFPs, and communicating with team members and clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:

Lead proposal development for federal government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs)

Manage and collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and cost data

Develop compliant and comprehensive proposal outlines aligned with government requirements

Write compelling and persuasive technical content, translating complex concepts into clear, concise language

Conduct research to identify relevant industry data and statistics to strengthen proposals
-
Ensure proposals adhere to federal acquisition regulations and formatting guidelines (FAR, GSA)

Manage proposal deadlines and milestones effectively

Review and edit proposals for accuracy, consistency, and persuasiveness

Participate in proposal strategy discussions and develop win themes

May mentor and guide junior proposal writers
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Strong knowledge and experience in Proposal Management

Excellent technical writing and proposal writing skills
- Ability to respond to RFPs and RFIs alongside a Business Development Manager in a timely manner
- Ability to understand technical information and translate it into clear and concise language
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with government agencies and an understanding of government contracts
- Experience in the IT industry and experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is preffered
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background investigation.

Currently possess or has the ability to successfully obtain a U.S. security clearance.
