Community association Property Manager, CAM licensed with on-site management experience for a community in the Kendall area. Leadership skills providing a structured and positive environment and team building approach in working in conjunction with the HOA to achieve community objectives. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and organization skills are essential. Must have a minimum of five years with CAM License property management experience in a similar community. Should be highly organized and able to think broadly and strategically, as well as multitask through the day-to-day decisions and needs of the community. Should have prior experience with budgeting and project management. Ability to work in a multicultural environment a must. *Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred. *College degree preferred.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day operation of the HOA including supervision of maintenance and office staff
Effective team player in coordinating and communicating with Board and Committees and oversight of Board and Committee meetings
Candidates must be available after hours.
Working with all vendor services including contract security, landscaping, recreation area maintenance, etc.
Ensure integrity of the visitor software, access systems, gate entrance system and property management system.
The ability to work with homeowners and residents in addressing their concerns/issues resolution is essential
On site property management experience in a large-scale community enforcing community guidelines and policies
Experience and knowledge of HOA regulations and Florida statutes governing homeowner's associations
Exceptional analytical and management skills, and excellent customer service demeanor/skills.
