Southwest Asthma & Allergy Associates is looking for a qualified Certified Medical Assistants for our Midtown Office, located at 2900 Smith Suite 215, Houston TX 77006.
Candidates should have 2-3 years experience in a medical office and have good communication skills. We are looking for the right candidate that enjoys working with patients. Great benefits and PTO are offered for our full time employees. Come and join a great team!
Duties include:
*Rooming patients
*Obtaining patient history, chief complaint and taking vials
*Performing skin testing
*Performing pulmonary function testing
*Allergy injections
Requirements:
*Our practice maintains an electronic medical records system, computer competence is necessary
Certification is required and graduation from an accredited CMA program.
Bilingual - Spanish is necessary
