Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expertise in Oracle database administration, scripting, and data analysis. GTF is in need of a senior-level Oracle Financials Technical Consultant. This team will assist clients in identifying and executing enterprise resource planning (ERP) needs using Oracle technology. The team focuses on providing industry-standard Oracle solutions to address clients' business needs in finance, operations, and business process re-engineering, through effective collaboration with people, processes, and technology.
Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end solutions in Order-to-Cash processes using Oracle functionality.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and Financials modules, including Inventory, Accounts Receivables, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Payments and Credit Card Integrations, Accounts Payables, and General Ledger.
- Proficient in Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) configurations.
- Skilled in performing reconciliations between sub-ledgers and the General Ledger.
- Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Capable of mapping customer business processes to Oracle Financial processes.
- Able to configure EBS Financials to align with customer business processes.
- Develop testing scenarios, create test scripts, and lead teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Database Development and Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain Oracle databases.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Perform database tuning and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement database solutions.
- Analyze data requirements and develop data models.
- Create scripts for automation and data migration tasks.
- Provide technical support for Oracle databases.

o Design, implement and support business processes in Oracle environment
o Design, build, test, and deploy Oracle solutions
o Identify and address client needs: build trustable relationships with clients; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Oracle database administration
- Proficiency in PL/SQL scripting
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with SSIS, Talend, and linked data concepts
- Ability to analyze complex data sets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Shell scripting experience is a plus
