We are looking for a true team player who is highly adaptable to support our growing operation with exceptional communication skills. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our mental health office and provide assistance to our therapists and our clients.
It is required that you are able to understand and complete the duties of the parties you are responsible for. You will be responsible for corresponding with patients, maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our patients and their families.
What we need you to demonstrate:
- Prior experience in a similar job is expected
- Must have computer skills (G Suite, Excel, CRM)
- Motivation to learn and grow with us
- Determination to not give up easily and persevere in the face of adversity
- Great communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing
- Bilingual is a plus

- Maintaining client relationships
- Pre-authorization process
- Maintaining schedules
- Fill in of missing staff
- Assist in the hiring process
- Onboarding Process for all employees
- Maintain Employee Files
- Managing reporting for company growth
- Quality control
- Enforce company policy and guidelines
- Have full knowledge of all job descriptions
- Understanding our EHR software
- Coordinate staffing needs
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
