POSITION SUMMARY:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will create the “Homegrown Influencer Program”. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of making a meaningful impact on the lives of youth around the world.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Influencer Marketing Department
- Budgeting experience
- Develop and lead creative strategies for the implementation of the Quirqus “Homegrown Influencer Program” (global) and assist when needed with contracted outside Influencer agency
- Manage in-house Influencers and process including talent selection, creative reviews, and post-campaign learnings
- Manage known Influencer agency partnership of their Influencers and be conduit in their training of Quirqus “Ambassadors”
- Proactively find ways Influencer marketing can help us leverage emerging trends, sticky insights, and business opportunities
Translate campaign reports into actionable insights for teams, projects, and processes
- Identify new trends and opportunities and find creative ways to support Influencers
Qualifications –
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (in-house or agency)
- Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving market trends
- Friendly, fun, and collaborative addition to the team to motivate, encourage and support in all we accomplish together
- A real passion for all things social media and Internet culture. You have a finger on the pulse of Gen Z/Millennial youth culture, emerging digital platforms, and the creator/Influencer/celebrity landscape. So, naturally, you know your way around TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Twitch – to name a few
EDUCATION DESIRED –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
