JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer facing support position focused on the client’s experience with the onboarding of Telecom Expense Management. This includes invoice and inventory management, contract, and vendor management, and reporting and business intelligence. The position is chartered with overseeing project management to deliver Telecom Expense Management & conduct service ordering to ensure recurring client satisfaction.
Essential Functions and Qualifications
Manages day-to-day aspects of multiple implementation projects, including vendor and customer kickoff meetings, regular customer status calls, tracking of milestone deliverables, updating project plans, coordination of ad hoc calls, documentation, etc.
- Project Management in serving as an extension of a client’s team
- Microsoft Office competency and fluency in Excel
- Confidence in delivering in-person and web-meetings; to all levels/organizations of a client organization
- Managing large volumes of data in excel and application databases
- Navigating carrier portals (wireline/wireless)
- MACD ordering and tracking through completion
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures deliverables are maintained for all projects, providing regular status reports, project risks, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Engages as a point of escalation for customer needs, inquiries, concerns, and provide end-to-end customer experience management.
- Coordinates activities with vendors relating to connectivity, provisioning, training, and other vendor services. Assesses, designs, and develops the project methodologies and processes necessary for expeditious customer engagements.
- Develops and facilitates process, quality, and speed to completion initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
Preferred Competencies:
- General knowledge of business finance – cost allocation, AP, and GL processes
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications services and networks (voice, data, mobile, unified communications
- General knowledge of enterprise system integrations (i.e., AD/LDAP, SFTP, AP/GL/HR)
- Reviewing, understanding, interpreting, and managing carrier contracts
- Knowledge of and understanding of pricing and benchmarking of telecom services
- Understanding of SAAS structure, architecture, and security
- C-Level presentation and interaction skills
