Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, our Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a lasting positive impression. We are seeking an individual who is not only well-spoken and customer service-oriented but also genuinely enthusiastic about their role. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors and plumbers with a warm, friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main responsibilities: (All these tasks will be given with training and instruction. No previous experience is needed)
Daily vendor and company bills, and attaching packing slips to vendor invoices
Answer the phones, screen calls, take messages, and/or transfer calls
Calling for inspections as required and sending confirmation of inspection request completed
Schedule service calls
Renewing of all Licenses - for the Business
Requesting Vendor waiver needed for payments
Logging job bids, keeping on line V & L forms up to date
Book backflow test for plumbers
Updating all Certificates of Insurance
Permit and Affidavit process
Requesting tax forms and Certificates of Insurance forms
Requirements are: (Must have)
Social Security Card & valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time effectively
