We are a professional fundraising firm based in the West Palm Beach area. This spring we are looking to expand our entry level team with the addition of a full-time, Entry Level Community Support Representative. The Community Support Representative will assist with our community based events throughout the West Palm Beach area. Our community events focus on generating awareness and funding for our non-profit partners. In this entry level support role, your core responsibility will be working on-site at these events, interacting directly with members of the community, and generating awareness for our clients. .
Responsibilities of the Community Support Representative:
- Communicate directly with potential customers, foster strong trust, and educate the community about our charity partners' mission
- Handle all enrollments and assist the Event team during the events we set up
- Address any enrollment issues or setbacks and appropriately escalate to the Enrollment Manager as needed
- Perform accurate data entry using a database
- General customer service, including problem-solving, analyzing data, and providing solutions
Requirements of the Community Support Representative:
- A GED or High School Diploma preferred
- Any college experience or an Associate's Degree is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have reliable transportation to our home location daily
- Comfortable working directly with customers in person at the events we host
