We are seeking a Senior IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve escalated technical issues related to LAN, TCP/IP, Operating Systems, and Network Administration.
- Utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve user requests.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory services.
- Provide technical support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software applications.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with the help desk team to address user concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on LAN, TCP/IP, and Network Administration.
- Proficiency in Operating Systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory services and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Prior experience in providing technical support and help desk services.
