Job Summary:
Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef/Kitchen manager means charge of line and daily duties such as opening or closing shift as manager on duties this is very hand on position
Responsibilities:
Opening or Closing shift of day
-Ensure product quality and stock level meets restaurant standard of par level
-In charge of shift lead and able to create daily task for kitchen crew
-Follow restaurant standard recipe/specification to meet our standard
-self efficient to ensure smooth operation
Preferred skill (++ for consideration)
-Korean Speaking
-Korean Cuisine Experience
-Sushi (Sushi roll) experience
-Asian style stir-fry
Required Skill
-Meat fabrication
-Knife skill
-Work efficient in hot section include (saute, grill, fries)
-inventory management
-Clean work

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
