We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Producer with a passion for service and a proven track record in the insurance industry. Applicants must be driven, self-sufficient, and results-oriented with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner, multi-task, manage schedules, and set appointments with prospective clients.
Compensation is based off of a percentage of premium sold. There is no base salary-an average agent should make $86,400/yr. Leads and support will be provided.
Salary: $36000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and follow up on quotes.

Retain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide comprehensive counseling to clients, helping them understand their insurance options and making informed decisions.

Collaborate with our team of 9 to enhance our agencys reputation and contribute to a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Requirements

Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.

Ability to get nonresident license in NM.

Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial insurance sales.

Proven success in generating leads and managing client relationships.

Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
