We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payment collection from clients, and accurate record-keeping. The candidate must be familiar with QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices to clients for goods or services provided by the company.
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure payments and charges are accurate.
- Follow up with clients who have outstanding balances to ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and collections using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
- Respond to client inquiries related to invoicing and payment issues.
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve payment-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Experience working with QuickBooks or a similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
