Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide support in English and [Bilingual] languages to assist a diverse customer base.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote new products or services and enhance sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information in the system.
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue and enhance customer experience.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and [Bilingual] communication is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
