Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and finance or a call center environment(not afraid to pick up the phone and dial).
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients(able to control a conversation and build rapport).
- Self-directed, motivated, and confident.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Associates degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and understand the clients financial needs
- Negotiate and close MCA deals
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Skills:
- Strong math skills for processing financial transactions and calculating discounts or commissions
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Knowledge of financial services to effectively communicate product benefits and features
- Organized, self - starting, and focused.
- Experience using CRM systems to input and track leads
- Proven sales skills to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with financial terminology for financial product sales

- Previous experience in outbound sales preferred

Pay: $4,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
