Job Overview:
Small business restructuring company in need of well qualified personnel.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including maintaining financial reports, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing commissions.
-Sales tax for multiple states.
-Submit payroll thru an outside service.
-Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
-Maintaining company insurance.
-Bank reconciliations and daily deposits.
-Collections.
-Financials
-Monthly closing
-Additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (some college preferred)
-3 years experience in bookkeeping
-Proficient in the use of computers and excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
