The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department, and handling guest complaints and concerns. The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, processing payments, and ensuring that the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
