The Quabbin Regional Middle/High School is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Director of Guidance. Interested applicants should have strong working knowledge and experience with the MA DESE expectations set forth in regards to implementation of MyCap, statewide reporting, testing and assessment. The successful candidate will have a clear vision of how the work of the guidance department supports all students to thrive socially and academically both during their middle high school years and beyond. Through strong collaboration with families, students should feel confident, prepared, and supported as they strive to attain their post high school graduation goals.
