- Starting Base Pay is $2500/Month Plus Commissions/Bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, ability to multi-task, ability to pick up quickly on new technologies, preference to working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Education- High School diploma or equivalent
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- A Property, Casualty, Life and Health license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Direct sales skills and ability to close a sale
