As Branch Manager, you’re the connection between the branch, the community, and the customers. You’ll be the one who helps customers, over the phone and in-person, when they have a financial need. - Develop, direct, train, and manage branch personnel with supervisor direction and assistance
- Maintain office cash with accuracy and security; deliver bank deposits to the bank as needed
- Achieve account gain through proven loan judgement and effective customer solicitation
- Develop and maintain customer relations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
- Ensure prompt completion of loan process
- Minimize delinquent debt through collection activities both by verbal and written communication
- Ensure compliance with company record-keeping procedures
- Ensure reporting of branch figures to corporate office for accounting purposes
- Attend work promptly and regularly and work overtime as needed
You could be a great addition if you have:
- Prior experience with customer service
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulation
- Effective communications skills, verbal and written
- Ability to obtain license, certification, and/or governmental approval to provide ancillary products and services, such as insurance or tax preparation, as applicable
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable automobile for business use; including, but not limited to, delivering bank deposits and conducting marketing visits
- Computer literate with ability to operate a ten-key calculator
- Attend training and meetings as needed; may require travel and overnight stay
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and adhere to strict timelines and/or deadlines
- Must work directly with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle simple monetary transactions quickly and accurately
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of training period as Assistant Manager with demonstrated managerial ability OR previous finance and managerial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
