About the Job
Are you a BCBA looking for an established caseload? Yes? Compleat KiDZ has an amazing opportunity for you.
Primary BCBAs are mainly responsible for 2 things:
1. Manage remote BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care.
2. Providing care for Families and kiddos.
Position has a standard starting salary but offers extremely lucrative scale of bonuses based on achievable performance goals. Bonus reflects your case load as well as the case load of the BCBAs (remote). The primary BCBA will take home $120,000.00 yearly salary (for the first 90 days, while you build up your caseload. For the below locations only).

Requirements
· Pass a Background Check
· Holds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.)
· Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
· At least two years participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.
· Have the ability to create and foster a positive culture in a pediatric clinic.

Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and can quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
