1st Watch Wellness is a First Responder and Professional Wellness program. Our clinical team has extensive experience assisting first responders with PTSD, anxiety, cumulative stress, behavioral addictions, and substance abuse. We understand how to apply the most effective and comprehensive treatments, and therapies, to help these individuals heal the invisible wounds brought on by the trauma of their profession.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator to oversee the operational aspects of our Telehealth First Responder Program. This role will involve coordinating various project activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the team to achieve program goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness of this population and a passion for wellness education and resources for first responders.
Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of telehealth projects.
- Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and track progress.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the Telehealth First Responder Program.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and logistics.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Regular team meetings and ensure effective communication across all levels.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, technology partners, and community organizations.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on project outcomes.
