Are you a physical therapist that is tired of “running on the hamster wheel?” Do you thrive on human interaction and want to actually apply the entire breadth of your clinical skills and get creative with the process to getting your patients results? Do you love learning and always investing back into yourself and your skills, both clinically and professionally? Are you a self-starter that always jumps at the opportunity to solve a problem, even if it's outside your domain? If this sounds like you, let’s get introduced!
We’re Elevated and we’re a patient-focused, results-driven, outpatient physical therapy practice that operates like no other healthcare facility. We refuse to cram multiple people in simultaneously on your schedule – meaning you actually have time to think and use your clinical skills rather than continuing to run around the hamster wheel while figuring out how to delegate your care plan to an assistant (or worse… the patient themselves!) leaving you wondering what you did with your 30 patients today when you go to document.
We spend every single minute of each session 1-on-1 with our clients when they visit – meaning as a PT you have time to focus on the problem without distraction, pay attention to what your patient is doing, get creative with your treatment methods, and be with them every step of the way to make sure they're getting better. We aim to deliver a comprehensive and exclusive VIP treatment for each session so that every client can return to doing things like running, climbing, biking, dancing, or even just getting out of bed without pain – but doing it faster, stronger, and healthier without wasting any precious time or money along the way.
Our clients are talking, and the word is out about how we’re putting the “care” back in healthcare. We need your help to keep up with delivering life-changing care for everyone in and around our community in Pasadena as we continue to experience more than 600% in growth over the last year and a half!
Our physical therapist role is perfect for a DPT that thrives on human interaction, takes pride in their ability to creatively solve a problem, loves to "think outside the box" when it comes to treating, doesn't want to be part of the rat-race in a high-volume clinic.
We believe in delivering the best possible and ethical healthcare, doing the right thing for our clients, and in coaching, training, and education for our team. You’ll work directly with the owners, build your caseload with new and existing clients, and have an opportunity to get in on the “ground level” as we continue to grow and thrive together.
We anticipate that demand for this role will be high and invite you to apply as soon as possible if you are confident that the responsibilities and description below resonate with you.
