All-Pro Pest Services is family-owned/operated and has proudly served the Metro Atlanta area since 1971. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team!
The ideal candidate would have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in collections
- Ability to research account history and draw conclusions independently
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects while receiving live feedback from customers and management
- Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to accept direction and coaching from other supervisors
- Willingness to cross-train and learn other company operations
Must Have:
- Aptitude to study for and pass the GA Pest Control Exam (study material provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google products such as Word, Excel, G-Mail, Google Docs, etc.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Clean MVR, background, and drug screen
- Minimum of a high-school diploma/GED

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
