Eprine seek and individual with experience in Training and Quality Improvement, who can conduct trainings for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Behavioral Health Specialists.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the deployment of training through the organization to achieve the desired skill, competency, and employee development.
- Prepare and present onboarding and new hire orientation training across all departments/programs to Eprine (OPWDD & DOH)
- Deliver training in a holistic manner that supports various initiatives for hourly and salaried employees.
- Provide role-specific training to Team Leaders within the organization.
- Work with Human Resources Generalists work in support of the new employee onboarding process; to coordinate training according (i.e., roles and audience) needed to onboard employees and keep the agency workforce up to date.
- Maintain Training Database and Certificates
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar of training; calendar must reflect annual training mandates; staff training dates and certifications and updated as needed to remain current.
Successful candidate must have knowledge of OPWDD's Regulations and requirements for training
-Staff must be willing to become a CPR/First aid instructor
- Staff must be willing to become a SCIP instructor
Tuesday through Saturday schedule 11am-7pm
