Job Description: An Inside Sales Associate at Authorized Appliance plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our B2B client relationships. You’ll work with a diverse group of trade accounts (builders, remodelers, designers, etc.) and work directly with their customers in our showroom. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and an embrace of continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Work with customers in order to aid them in selecting the best solutions from our portfolio of products, produce accurate quotes, and follow opportunities through to completion.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients. Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure they are informed about new services and promotions.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with client accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, business development, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities. Provide regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
- 2 Years minimum experience in Sales.
- Experience selling appliances is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Dynamic learner who embraces new technology and systems changes.
- Customer-focused with a knack for building lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Homebuilding, design industry, or retail experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage both relationships and the open opportunity pipeline.
What We Offer:
We offer a $48,000 annual salary plus commissions. We’re currently offering an additional signing bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified applicants. We also offer the following.
