We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Associate to join our team at the City of Miami Beach!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer the phone and take messages
- Prepare the agenda for the commision's meetings
- Organize files
- Assist with data entry
- Create work orders
- Input invoices into the system
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and web based programs
- Reading and writing proficiency in English
- Prior experience in office support and customer service
- Bilingual capability is a plus (English-Spanish)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Length: 3-6 months
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
