Qualifications:
Dependable with the drive to help people.
Valid Driver’s license (MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE THE MEMBERS TO AND FROM APPOINTMENTS ETC)
Basic computer skills.
High school Diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old; and
Pass a background check.

Duties:
- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions.
- Charting or taking notes for others to review.
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Responding to emergency situations
- Administering medication
- Transporting client to appointments (MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE THE MEMBERS TO AND FROM APPOINTMENTS ETC)
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport (MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE THE MEMBERS TO AND FROM APPOINTMENTS ETC)
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and assist with medical treatments as needed
- Monitor and document individual's health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Engage individuals in recreational activities and provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Follow individual care plans and ensure the rights and dignity of each person are respected
This Job Is:
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
